Cuenta DNI is a great idea in concept, but its real-world execution falls short.
This is because it deviates from established guidelines and patterns found
in other digital wallets which users are already familiar with, and if Cuenta DNI is the
first digital wallet experience for the user its design is neither intuitive nor accesible.

Sticking to this mantra led me to the final stage: defining and prototyping.
Cuenta DNI presents itself as a financial companion/friend that helps every "Bonaerense"
(citizen of Buenos Buenos Aires Province) out. Therefore, it must look reliable and friendly.

There's no perfect design; there's always room for improvement and iteration.
This redesign proposal for Cuenta DNI isn't perfect, but I believe it moves
the app closer to its full potential, helping it achieve its goals and
most importantly, better satisfy its users.
